mdb-lightKit™ variant

The mdb-lightKit™ variant of the EOT25 and BB23 is a compact, industrial LED guidance system designed for end-of-line and workstation applications. Built on the BB23 controller platform, it provides deterministic control of addressable LEDs for clear visual instructions, status indication, and operator feedback in production environments.

In addition to MES-driven operation, this variant supports standalone workflows for sorting, kitting (simpleSort), and edgebanding management (edgeManager) when higher-level systems are unavailable. It can also extend the functionality of upstream optimizers and CAD/CAM design suites by translating digital output into actionable, visual guidance on the shop floor, enabling structured production flow without requiring a full MES deployment.

The mdb-rfidKit™ variant an industrial RFID capture and identification system built on the EOT25/BB23 easyOT platform. Using UHF RFID technology, it reliably reads and records tag data in real time, enabling part identification, tracking, and event logging at workstations, infeed points, or controlled zones within the production environment. The system is available in a long-range tower configuration for area or portal-style detection, or a compact desktop configuration optimized for short-range, operator-driven interactions.

Designed to operate either as part of a superior system or in a standalone role, the mdb-rfidKit™ records RFID events locally while optionally providing immediate visual and audible feedback via addressable LEDs and an onboard buzzer. It integrates cleanly with MES platforms, optimizers, and CAD/CAM design suites by exposing tag data through database tables and file-based interfaces, allowing digital intent to be tied directly to physical material flow without requiring full system coupling.

The mdb-feedbackKit™ variant is an industrial feedback acquisition system built on the EOT25/BB23 easyOT platform, designed to capture machine and workstation feedback directly from production equipment. It reads operational data such as part completion, status, quantities, and result states, creating a structured, time-accurate record of production events at the source.

The system integrates seamlessly with MES platforms, optimizers, and CAD/CAM-driven workflows, while also supporting standalone operation where higher-level systems are limited or unavailable. By normalizing machine feedback into database records and file-based outputs, the mdb-feedbackKit™ enables reliable production tracking, traceability, and process visibility without requiring intrusive machine modifications or continuous operator interaction.

The ST24JS Workstation Integrated Console is a purpose-built production workstation featuring integrated status lighting and a touch-screen interface for real-time visualization on the shop floor. Designed to display operational states such as network connectivity, errors, readiness, and process status, the integrated light system can be driven directly by MES platforms or other supervisory systems to provide clear, immediate feedback to operators.

Built for modern production environments, the ST24JS supports barcode scanners, label printers, and other common workstation accessories while maintaining a sleek, compact industrial design. Its clean form factor and integrated components make it well suited for assembly, sorting, kitting, quality checks, and end-of-line operations where both functionality and visual clarity matter.
