Return Policy

​

Non-Made-to-Order Items:

  • Customers may return non-made-to-order items within 14 days of purchase.

  • The returned items must be in the same condition as when sold, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • The client is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to SCDDesign LLC.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by SCDDesign LLC.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Due to their customized nature, made-to-order items are generally not returnable.

  • If technical support efforts are exhausted and a gross defect is identified, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • SCDDesign LLC must be notified of any defects or issues with made-to-order items to initiate the return process, if applicable.

Warranty Policy

SCDDesign LLC provides a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase for defective parts on both made-to-order and non-made-to-order items.

 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

During the warranty period, defective parts will be replaced at no additional cost to the client.

 

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, external factors, or normal wear and tear.

 

General Guidelines:

For any returns or warranty claims, clients should contact SCDDesign LLC with their order details and a description of the issue.

 

SCDDesign LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of the return or warranty claim and may request additional information or documentation from the client.

 

The decision of SCDDesign LLC regarding the eligibility of returns or warranty claims is final.

 

We at SCDDesign LLC are committed to your satisfaction and will endeavor to address any issues with our products promptly and fairly.
